April's new Moon falls in the evening of April 24 in the U.S. and midday on April 25 in Australia. The Sabian Symbol for this new Moon is Taurus 6: A Bridge Being Built Across a High Narrow Gorge. This Symbol speaks of finding creative and concrete solutions to situations. There can be dilemmas or separations to face and at times we may indeed feel like a tightrope walker. As always, it probably pays not to look down but to keep your focus on your trip and your destination.

This is a wonderful degree of connection with ancient sources of truth and understanding. Regardless of one's religious or spiritual affiliations, this degree holds that we are to 'do our duty', and to perform society's rituals in ways that suit your sense of center and spiritual conscience.
