The Moon is on Virgo 4: BLACK AND WHITE CHILDREN PLAYING HAPPILY TOGETHER
Although this Symbol implies that the 'Black And White Children' are 'Playing Happily', it depends on what is unfolding. This can imply having fun, accepting people without judgement, etc, but, it can also show the problems that can come up when people are not accepted, not embraced, not welcomed. I feel that, on a world stage, there are going to be a lot of issues to do with the melting pot we are experiencing with refugees and war and people being thrown together. I hope that the brighter side of this Symbol is the one we see more of at this full Moon. We have situations where strong borders against some people are being built (Donald Trump wants to build a big wall, for instance).
This Symbol shows the integration of people of different races, religions, economic status or places. You may find people from different or seemingly disparate or separate areas coming into your life, making it richer, more rewarding and interesting. Prejudice of any kind, whether religious or race based, economic or class systems, is an illusion based on social perception and excludes people that could add to our lives. Social perceptions can color how we see others and these need to be put aside. Rather, it's about embracing brotherhood and caring. The integration, acceptance and enjoyment of all people brings depth and meaning to life.
Keywords: Universal brotherhood. Overcoming prejudices and boundaries that separate people. Knocking down social barriers to relate freely. Being able to let go, relax and have fun with people from anywhere. Adopted siblings. Foster homes. Affirmative action. Trust and joy. Play that unites people.
The Caution: Acting with morality that is swayed by public opinion. Not being able to adjust psychologically to situations that require creative responses. Racial prejudice.

Your angels are with you, but you probably need to remember them and thank them for their guidance and influence in your life. With this degree there is often a sense of help arriving at just the right time or people showing up who have your best interests at heart, or, you rescuing others.

Going up that staircase, one begins to feel more empowered, more accomplished, more ‘there’. However, being on a lower rung may cause a feeling of compromise. Not only shifts in “Barometric” pressure, but shifts in temperature and mood can be picked up, almost like you have antennae. You may feel a creeping sense of unease if you find it hard to relax in the new environment or that the rug may be pulled from under your feet. You may need to employ both the emotions and the intellect. Ask yourself: what do you want to find and what is being done to reveal the structure or the nitty gritty of situations? The “Military Band” can make an enormous amount of noise as it “Marches Noisily”, but sometimes we need to be woken or reminded of the cohesion that a military band can show. Likewise, this can show someone that likes to bang their own drum or to make a big noise about themselves or for the establishment. As long as the audience is ok with this display, one can contain the reaction from others. Sometimes, though, people get annoyed by people banging their drums a little too loudly.

There is a need to cooperate and play by the rules of the game to achieve your goals. Friends and those with similar interests will be able to join with you to achieve a mutually desired end. The trick with this is; don't look to others or have others look to you for opportunities and nourishment, for you may miss your chance of being creative and independent. Who's looking for scraps? If you take special notice, you may be able to see through illusions, seeing past the surface appearances to things that others miss.
